Poor facilities, maintenance and service

The view from the balcony of the top flat is incredible

There is no sign board at the property entrance making it difficult to find. You have to park on the verge of a very busy road with a real danger of your group or your car being hit. There are fifty steps from your car to the bedroom of the top flat. That is a long way with a 23kg case. There is no handrail for the top 8 steps to the bedroom - dangerous! The living room is dark as the curtains of the window are kept closed to avoid the neighbours looking directly in from their front door. The toilet seat was loose on arrival but was fixed within 24 hours. The plug in the bathroom got stuck closed for three days to the end of our stay despite two contractors trying and failing to dislodge it. There are two small bins and nowhere to place extra rubbish. Two bags of rubbish were lying near the gate when we arrived, probably from the previous tenants (these were taken away within 24 hours). BE WARNED IF RENTING THE TOP (SEAVIEW) FLAT. DESPITE SEVEN PHOTOS OF A POOL ON THE WEBSITE THIS FLAT DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE POOL. IT NEEDS VERY CAREFUL READING OF THE BOOKING.COM WEBSITE TO REALISE THIS. The flat does have a hot tub on the balcony which became slimy by Day 4. Both contact telephone numbers went unanswered most of the time. When I left messages they were seldom answered. A workman would then arrive unannounced and in one case walked into our bedroom without warning because the front door was open.

Superb

The view from the balcony was lovely (especially from inside of the jacuzzi). And the host was very kind and helpful.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Apartament super.
