很安靜、衛浴設備乾淨

1.一樓的廚房設備相當齊全，有冰箱、電磁爐、微波爐、烤箱、各類鍋具、鏟子、很多碗筷杯盤，方便住客使用
2.老闆相當親切，提供很多在地的遊玩意見、提早寄行李也會幫忙把行李提到相應的房間
3.公共空間很溫馨，可以提供住客坐在沙發上討論行程
4.有咖啡包、茶包可以泡
5.居然還有老闆手寫感謝的明信片
走路離花蓮火車站要15分鐘左右~但房價CP值很高，所以還是很棒

很有趣，雖然房間冷氣有小狀況，但不影響入住。
小管家反應很快，給予很高效的協助。
門口能停機車這點大大大加分。
都還算OK，沒特別不喜歡的。
