Location quite a distance from my workplace in Two River Mall. But the comfort and accessibility to all necessities including forex bureau, market/mall, etc and also the timely breakfast for the period.
Could not use the television in the room because the channel was restricted to one station only showing India Movies and Projecting Indian Tradition. Yes, the hotel may be owned by an Indian, but guess/ customers might not always be an Indian so the need to be flexible and respect for other religion.

Rooms size and setup is excellent
Aluminum works are terrible so opening and closing of the windows and shower door are a very difficult task

Location
Cost of rooms higher than its level of facility. Wifi access was very restricted. On check out getting invoice was very challenging from their office.
