The design of each of the homes was nice and spacious ; I really liked the wooden floors upstairs.
My family also mentioned that they loved the countless seating options (inside and outside on both balconies). I loved how the beds were set up and all the blankets as well as electric blanket. I really enjoyed the hike and the relaxed nature of the lodge. The views were also amazing ! It was so magical to be able to hear the stream constantly flowing outside our window.
There was no privacy on the upstairs balcony as there was no privacy screen. If you look out of your window you would look almost directly into the house next door as the windows are all tint free- the option was to keep our curtains closed during the day, which wasn't great. There was quite a large mould spot/dampness on the bathroom ceiling; the shower also had some mold.It would be better if the latches on the doors were replaced with just keys as some of the latches were very tight and resulted in scraped skin. Would be nice to have some brighter lights and possibly also an LED light above the dressing table in the room.

The staff were amazing — warm, helpful, and truly made the stay memorable. I really enjoyed the village tour; it was authentic and gave a wonderful glimpse into local life. The food options were decent, and the scenery around the lodge was beautiful and peaceful.
Some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. With a few upgrades to the rooms and amenities, it could easily match the quality of the service and setting.
