Our family had a truly wonderful experience at Sheridan. From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, we felt that we were treated not just as guests, but as part of their family. The warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality of the staff made our stay extra special.

We stayed here recently, it was really a fun though accommodation is very far station 1 where we booked our water activities, it is still 9 out of ten experience. This place is so peaceful for a family stay and we actually used all their facilities like the kitchen and grilling station. This place is just 2 mins away from the shore. The staff is very accommodating of course. The villa is big and fit for 9 pax.
I don’t have any bad experience actually except for not responding for any of my messages before we got to the place, as in zero replies. First thought it was a scam but luckily it is legit and amazing staff by the way!

Privacy. The area is spacious. It's expected anyway because we rented a villa. About 2 minutes walk to beachfront. Area is secluded so less people roaming around.
Shower is too hot. Regulator is defective. Room doorknob is also defective. Towel looks dirty white. Curtains were dusty. Restroom with stains. Wifi is too slow/poor signal. You need to walk about 10mins to hail a cab. They do not know that we have reservation. Have presented printed confirmation from booking.com but still inquired details from us like card number used,email address used etc. Also tried to contact the number indicated on the reservation but nobody answers. Have also texted them but still no answer. Finally, no towel was given on our 2nd day so we just re used our towels. They also did not collect our garbage the whole time we are there.
