A kert szép.

Az érkezésünk előtt egy órával semmilyen válasz kommunikáció nem érkezett a szállásadótól, nem lehetett elérni. Kényelmetlen volt az ágy. Koszos és áporodott szagú volt a szoba és az ágynemű is. A zuhanyzó a wc mellé van helyezve egy térben, a lábam a wc kefe mellett volt, kvázi oda öblített a zuhany a lábamhoz a wc-kefetartóból. A tetőtérben laposkúszásban lehet közlekedni, mert rendkívül alacsony a plafon. És még sorolhatnám....

J'ai apprécié le côté "nature" de ce logement. Le côté typique de la maison m'a beaucoup plu.

L'hôte n'a pas tenté de prendre contact avec nous. N'ayant aucun réseau, j'ai téléphoné à quelqu'un en France pour qu'il m'aide à accéder au mail qui donnait les indications pour les clés. L'hôte ne parlait ni Anglais, ni Français, seulement Italien. Cela rendait difficile la communication. J'ai payé une somme assez conséquente pour avoir la vue qui nous ai promis sur les photos via l'annonce. Arrivés sur place, j'ai été forcé de constater que le logement que nous avions, ne rendait absolument pas justice aux photos. Humidité, il fallait se baisser pour pouvoir circuler à l'étage car plafond trop haut, de l'eau sortait automatiquement de la salle de bain et allait jusque dans la cuisine à cause du sol en pente, besoin de la voiture pour y accéder....etc. Après avoir exprimé mon mécontentement à l'hôte, elle nous a répondu qu'elle n'était là que pour rendre service et à fait comme ci elle ne comprenait pas où je voulais en venir...

This was a great sized villa in a good location approximately 5 km out of Sorrento.

The beds and pillows unfortunately were very uncomfortable.

Anna, the lady who manages the place, was extremely helpful - she's what boosts this place up IMO. Good transport links for SITA Sud and a pleasant walk into town (though not as pleasant back uphill I would imagine).

The upstairs ceilings are so low, you have to stoop to get around and there's a low hanging ledge you can't see from one side which I hit my head on every time. The downstairs shower doesn't drain and there was a leak coming through from the upstairs bathroom. The lights don't all work, and the ones that do flicker. The house is not fully equipped and we had to buy some things ourselves, including a vegetable knife, extra bowls and stirring spoons. The pool is nice but full of algae and the stairs/boarding around the sides were falling apart.

The villa is in a very nice place. Lemons and olives surrounding..excellent little pool essential for cooling off

The location was further from beaches than indicated. I would not have picked it if I had been made aware. No good for beach holiday. Tapering bedroom ceiling down to 1 metre unbelievable. No planning rules in italy apparently! No toiletries. Too far to supermarket. Cost me in rip off taxis up and down.
