The perfect location in Koufunissi!! We couldn't ask for more! The rooms are simple but we did not need more. Downstairs is a caffe with breakfast, good coffee, brunch. Everything was cleaned everyday, there is AC in the room and everything is close: supermarket, restaurants, the beach. If we will come back in Koufunissi, we will chose this again! The best part of the stay is the view. 10\10

This was exceptional. Staff were beyond helpful and kind and the room was everything we needed. Really really enjoyed this stay.

The toilet was a little bit small

Beaucoup de bruit, le bar en bas des chambres vue sur mer met de 8h à 2h-3h du matin la musique en boucle, ça a gâché un peu le séjour lorsqu’on vient sur ces îles rechercher de la tranquillité, du calme, pour se reposer.

- the proprietor was very intrusive: he asked us every other day what room we are in and when we are leaving (not very relaxing!) and reminded us to pay - the proprietor also entered our room twice with us there, once without knocking, when we were in various states of undress - when it came to payment: we were told on our first day to pay at the bar below on card on our last evening. we agreed. this was then very complicated as we were reminded every other day and also the bar closed so the proprietor asked us to pay him personally, tried to overcharge us by €100 and wanted cash, which we declined. we eventually sorted it via his son and bank transfer. - very poor and slow communication on this platform, took multiple messages to get any reply, unless about money - apartments very close together so you do hear your neighbours
