The room was very clean, and we loved having direct access to the beach. It made our stay in Alleppey feel special and relaxing.
The manager was well-educated, professional, and very calm. He handled some issues smoothly, including payment trouble with cards and even complications caused by a local strike. His calm attitude made us feel reassured.
All the other staff were also kind and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

Our experience at Alleppey Holiday Beach Resort was nothing short of amazing! The accommodation was absolutely top-notch – clean, spacious, and exuding a classy vibe that made us feel instantly relaxed. Waking up to the scenic beach view every morning was the cherry on top – truly serene and picture-perfect.
A special shout-out to the owner, Mr. Thomas, whose vibrant smile and friendly demeanor instantly made us feel at home. He went above and beyond to help us plan our entire trip, offering great recommendations and making sure everything was seamless.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Shafeeq at the front office. His warm and hospitable nature stood out throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and ready to help at a moment’s notice.
And of course, kudos to the housekeeping team! They spoiled us with rich, tasty, and delicious breakfasts that were always served on time – a perfect start to our days.
Overall, a wonderful stay filled with warmth, comfort, and great hospitality. Highly recommend this gem in Alleppey!

The staff and owner were very helpful in terms of navigating through the neighbourhood.
The rooms didn’t have Tv. We ordered food from outside but no plates dishes etc were available at the property. It was very uncomfortable for us to eat without any dishes.
