Actually I did not stay in this hotel. I booked it last minute but I had a toilet accident on the evening of the arrival: sorry for details, but I pooped myself. While I was solving this problem (trying to clean myself in a public toilet, took me an hour and it didn't really work) i oversaw their SMS that the reception desk closes at 21:30. So I did not arrive on time for a check-in.
As it was totally my (or my anus') fault; I decided to leave a positive review to make it good again.
Well actully I suggest you to introduce a self check-in using a keybox. There is no reason it should be done by a person. This way I could have arrived at any time.
