The bed was nice and comfy

It was clean, spacious, had every amenity we were looking for. The staff were very attentive, kind and considerate.

The breakfast was pretty good. The location was great. The jaccuzi worked well and was nice and hot. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. There was an OXXO convience store across the street which was a nice surprise.
No basic bottled water in the room, you had to pay for it when you aren't supposed to drink tap water in Lima. The bed was insanely soft which was horrible for my back BUT obviously people like different frimness of bed.

Central, the cleaner was very nice
Receptionist not very nice on arrival, poor breakfast options, one day my husband felt unwell and went to take some toast and said I am not allowed..at the end they let me.. but when u say no first time as a client I already made my decision never to return there.
Does not look as a 5 stars hotel,more like 3 stars.
