The location by the lake was lovely. The room was clean and large. Staff were informative and friendly.

The staff members were pleasant and professional especially reception staff.
The fact that on Sunday my room was not cleaned - apparently rooms don’t get clean on Sundays!! I was able to get some fresh towels at reception. I found this unacceptable considering the room rate. First time in my life I encounter this type of arrangement !

The images made it out to look like a modern hotel whereas we were put in the units out the back that were more like an 80s roadhouse and the train going past was noisy and the water systems in the wall were super loud
No lake view and not a nice room
