The location of the hotel was great. Staff were very nice-check in went well. The staff at the desk spoke English which was a benefit for us since our Portuguese is rudimentary.
The only issue we had was trying to arrange transport to the hotel from the airport. We were able to do that at the airport with only some mild difficulty- no-one at the airport spoke English nor did the taxi driver so it felt a bit nerve wracking. We would have like to have been able to arrange a pick up ahead of time.

Nice bed and shower but water was cold when I arrived. No Gym nor other facilities. Simply an ok room. Duvet without a cover. Not what I expected for the expense! Hotel Premeir offers the same around the corner for half the price.
