When we got to the place, we didn't have our apartment ready, and my family was split into two apartment with out A/C in the heat of the Caribbean..

Apartment Scam

I liked the pool and beach area. The complex is a good size with lots of trees. The bathrooms had plenty of water and were clean.

Booking's information about the number of beds per room is not real. I chose a 2-bedroom apartment with a room with a queen bed and another room with two beds, one full and one twin. When I arrive at the apartment, I see two rooms, each with one bed. They told me that I should have made an additional observation on the reservation. I told them no, that the reservation on Booking was very explicit, and I had chosen the room I needed with the correct description. The decoration that the Booking shows is not real; the apartment is very deficient, the decoration is old, and it does not correspond at all with the photos. The kitchen has very few utensils; for example, there was no one to make scrambled eggs. The air conditioning did not cool well; it was deficient. After a lot of talking with the staff, they changed my apartment to a less bad one. At least this one had the distribution of beds as requested in the reservation, but the decoration must be remodeled. What bothered me the most is that before paying for the apartment, they don't tell you that they are going to charge you for the amount of electricity you consume during your stay; they tell you that after the apartment is confirmed. I wanted to cancel, but it was not possible; they would bill me for the total amount of the reservation.

The resort was very nice and we would probably return.

We didn't participate in the breakfast. The staff was confused about our free breakfast and wanted to immediately start a tour and sales pitch for the property.

We paid full price for the resort and didn't appreciate being exposed to a sales call to buy a unit.

Great value with a little hassle

It's a very spacious apartment with everything you need. We had multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchen, patio and a washer and dryer. It's right in the heart of Sosua so you can walk to restaurants and bars. There is a nice big pool in the center but we spent our time at the beach and the infinity pool. It's a nice calm quiet stretch of beach with very few people. The water is very clear and refreshing.

The apartment was a bit dated and you can see it needs some updating, but for the value it wasn't an issue. You also have to pay for electric, which didn't cost us that much because we didn't leave the air on. The worst part is that they try to sell you on a membership plan which is a bit uncomfortable, once we told them we weren't interested they respected that and never brought it up again.

The extra charge for the electricity was very high. They charge you the value of a full month when I was there only two days & I was out of the apartment the entire days. I was there only at night time.

it was ok after they moved my room closer to the beach due to air conditioning not getting cold. the units near the bea

I was there for only one night and was charged $18.15 for electricity which I think is ridiculous because we weren’t in the apartment the entire day.

Above average and reasonably priced quiet option in Sosua.

I was not informed at check in that breakfast was included. Everything else was quite good.

Some of the restaurant servers need more training. The choice of wine and spirits is somewhat limited.

Overall ok, will not be going back.

Service is good, they were very slow but our server was amazing. Be aware of what you order as they tend to mess up orders regularly. Restaurant was good too, food super tasty, drinks were delicious. The apartment is amazing, however, I was told I would have an ocean view but we did not get an ocean view. Beds were super comfy, wifi was great throughout the property but not in the room, Pool was beautiful, clean and super cold. The property is clean and the views are amazing from the Infiniti pool.

Pillows were very flat They were still cleaning when we arrived, it was rushed and they didn’t give us towels. Don't get the breakfast included, it's not worth it. They advertise as pet friendly and they really aren’t, we chose this spot because it was advertised as such and had problems everywhere we went. This is NOT a pet-friendly location, if you intend to bring even a service dog (which my dog is) they do not honor that here. They harass you to sit for a 90-minute presentation and don’t know how to take no for an answer, we ended up checking out early to escape this. Wifi in the rooms could be better, we only got service upstairs.

for me the place to be in Sosua, everything in walking distance, nice installations, friendly staff

my third time around. Staff excellent and friendly. Specially the guy at the bar, down at the pool, he went out of his way to find me a lighter. Think he bought one. Check-out quick and easy, Safety deposit was back in my account the same day. will go there again.

can't really say that I didn't like anything, for my taste the mattress was too soft and after 300 km bike ride, I could have rested better on a harder model. but not really an issue

Victoria the owner was very friendly. The apartment very clean and comfortable. Location close to the beach and stores. Security very friendly and helpful.

Pretty Mediocre Stay

The beach and swimming pool is very nice. There are plenty of places to eat around the area. Having a Kitchen with pots pans and drinking water already in the apartment was excellent.

You can tell the area has been affected by Covid. Sosua is not what it once was. However this is not the fault of Infiniti Blu. My bed was not so comfortable in the master bedroom, it was much better in the 2nd bedroom. I was in apartment G1A. Breakfast was included but its not a full breakfast, only pastries. I still had to pay for breakfast. Bacon, eggs, coffee. If you book, book without breakfast as you must pay anyway.

Location is great. My room at the rear of property was noisy due to proximity to street.

pool by te bar and how close it was the good restaurants such as Borgoñia and Margot

rooms need to better decorations, a tv in the room and good cable. I would rather have Amazon Fire TV
