Wonderful staff. That old school style of Balinese hotel hospitality that really takes pride in making sure you have everything you need, and genuinely want to help make your stay great. .
The location was perfect for us - being on the main road it doesn't suffer from the typical Kuta/Legian gridlock traffic.
Makes it sooo much faster to the airport or going to any locations away from Kuta.
However for some people the location might be a pain, if they prioritise being able to walk to Kuta beach/hotspots

The downstairs entertainment was very loud, despite nobody being in the restaurant.

lack of breakfast buffet menu options, hard and high pillow, the bathroom was not clean enough
