Дуже привітний персонал, всі питання вирішували швидко, були з дитиною тому шуму наробили, але не дивлячись на це з розумінням до усього ставитись. Навіть дали дитині погодувати рибок. Смачні сніданки, окремо відмічу Лену, дуже компанійська і тепла людина з персоналу.
В цілому все чудово, але сусіди почали якийсь ремонт і з самого ранку слухали перфоратор, тобто вікна не дуже герметичні. Ну і дійсно не вистачало особисто в моєму випадку, щоб більше було для дитини місця активності, хочаб майданчик на дворі чи батут, булоб супер.

Every time I come from USA to to Sumy, I stay here! This is my 3rd time in Sumy. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the owner comes here everyday to make sure everything is good. He is very honest, friendly and helpful, always. The rooms are a comfortable size, always very clean, you can cook here which will save you money on food in town, and it is always very quiet. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Sumy!
