The location is excellent, and the staff was truly exceptional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help me organize a romantic dinner for my wife as well as a relaxing spa day, making everything seamless and stress-free.
The lunch selection was quite limited. As a suggestion, Dune Restaurant could offer a wider variety of healthy meal options.
Additionally, the baby crib we requested was left outside our room upon arrival. It would have been much more convenient if the staff had delivered it to our room and set it up for us instead of requiring us to assemble it ourselves.

Rooms spacious and clean. Resort was clean. Pools were good and clean
I have a personal issue with staff not wanting to use the pin card machine. They were being difficult and I had to force them to use it as my card only works on the pin machine if the transaction is greater than a certain value. They upset me on more than one occasion with this issue.
