Staff are the stand out feature here, so well trained in service and they go the extra mile. The restaurant is top level and I recommend booking. Close to Vichy which is also a wonderful experience.

welcoming staff who were very friendly and helpful. The chateau is wonderful, the room was spotless and pet friendly. AC was provided in the room. The evening meal was delicious, highly recommended.

Pleasant location within easy reach of Vichy.
Polite but impersonal service.
Restaurant closed Monday and Tuesday - an inconvenience.
Air-conditioning needs an upgrade.
