Staff was wonderful, Evelyn was so helpful during my whole stay (4 days), and really quick to answer on Whatsapp. The place is beautiful and charming with a lovely garden and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.

Los Perales is an absolutely beautiful place to stay with a lovely host, Evelyn. There is also a very sweet kitten who will steal your heart! The property itself is gorgeous, with fruit trees blooming everywhere. The accomodations itself are lovely, with private bathrooms, a large window, queen bed, and sitting area, which I found perfect for work. The rooms are also located close to the common area. With lighting and separate keys for rooms, my stay felt very safe. I was in Urubamba for work, which meant leaving the property early in the morning (5am) and arriving late (10pm) and walking to Los Perales/from the main street was a safe experience and fast (10-20 minutes depending on destination). My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer and during the day to fully enjoy the nature of the property.
nothing really! One thing to note, is I visited during winter, Urubamba can be quite cold and most places will not have heat. Los Perales provides wonderful and many blankets, but I would still suggest wearing warm clothing.

Peaceful location. Enjoy the comfy bedroom. They give you hot water to prepare tea. The garden inside is beautiful. Good internet connection and there was a dedicated parking spot although it is in front of the property.

no much communication with thé guests exept for check in and check out.
