We loved EVERYTHING! Huge apartment in the heart of the city, plenty of parking everywhere, beautiful restaurant and park just in front of the building with gardens and fountain and amazing food and service. Our apartment had a huge balcony, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, even for the beach, everything was there as if you just entered your own apartment, it has the feeling of "livable", don't know how to describe it otherwise. The lady gave us an upgrade just because she can, then let us pluck all the figs we could eat. The hospitality of Split people is what really makes me go back year after year!
Everything was perfect! The lady even let us stay longer so we could sleep in. Super nice!

- Convenient location with easy access to old town.
- Ample room size for comfortable movement.
- Modern amenities were in good working order.
- Host was punctual.
- Under the beds were dusty.
- Discovered previous guests' boxers shorts behind the bed in the twin room.
- A few Stray hairs found in the bathroom.
- Balcony door did not lock.
- Had to pay in cash (although I could have missed this in the booking conf.
