Stability. I have been staying at the hotel whenever I come to Hyderabad. I am pleased to see that the managers and staff continue to offer excellent and personal service. The attached restaurant is great.
Rooms near the restaurant are a bit noisy. Because the reception and the rooms are not in the same place, security can be an issue. If you want extra security and comfort, book heritage rooms.

Room size was good and location
This isn’t hotel this is like good lodge. Problem with water supply in the morning couldn’t take bath on time
Inspite of paying extra for bed they didn’t provide it until 12 am even after multiple calls.
