Fantastic location and quiet despite the busy street. Easy to walk everywhere.
The aircon didn’t cope with the high temperatures so was too hot. Very steep stairs.

We were greeted by a very friendly Vincent, he gave us a lot of information about our stay. The location was perfect, I recommend accessing by taxi. Good to have a washing machine for our laundry.
It was good having access to a kitchen but it lacks some basic items like tea towel, shampoo, plug for the kitchen sink etc. Also, be prepared to carry your luggage up some steep stairs to access the accommodation.

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to many galleries, the Duomo and the river, and surrounded by great restaurants. A really big bedroom with comfortable bed. Thankfully there was a small aircon unit in the bedroom and a portable fan, as it was very hot in Florence.
A bit noisy, but that was to be expected given its proximity to restaurants. The double-glazed windows worked very well to shut out the noise but as it was very hot we sometimes needed to open them to let air in.

Amazing location but very busy street.
The aircon didn't really work that well and was very loud. The room was smaller than we expected from the images.
