The food was quite good and the staff were very prompt
The bathroom light werent working and it took them a while to fix it.

It is residential property which is converted to Hotel. The waiting room had newspaper and water cooler so no separate changers for mineral water bottles.
We checked in late but even then the rooms were not ready. We had to wait for the rooms even when we had informed the hotel about our timings. Listing of rooms in Bookings.com is wrong, there was a confusion that we had non-AC rooms even though in Bookings.com it displayed AC room. The TV was not working in one of the room but the host did offer to change the room.
The confusions listed above made the stay a bit uncomfortable but the staff was polite to accept the mistakes.
The food has to be ordered in advance else will need to arrange via online delivery apps.
