The location was amazing
There was no common area. each bedroom had a small seating area but no where to congregate except in the small kitchen the second/bathroom was like a gym shower with a drain in the middle of the flooring - totally open- and a very small sink

Location location location! Being able to see St Istvan’s basilica everytime we stepped out was amazing. It’s on a pedestrianised street so super quiet at night. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great shower and beds were so comfortable. Klara was super welcoming.

The location is absolutely amazing. Close to the Basilica, chain bridge and other major attractions. Handy to have a washing machine as well.
Second bathroom didn't have soap and the drain smelled, tea bags not provided - when we asked the host, she said we can go buy some -, the kitchen and bathroom had used products in the cupboard, which was odd, the heater in the dining area was making running water sounds so instead of getting it looked at, the host turned it off and told us not to turn it on. Note that coming back late at night is a little bit frightening as there isn't good lighting in the building, although we've been told Budapest is very safe, I wouldn't be going back to the apartment alone.
