The place is clean and very peace.
We have to wait for checking too long. And it was 2:00 for checking and they didn't come to receive us. we have to call them to pickup us . . It was a rainy day. Have to wait near the jetty. After we went to the hotel they didn't give us a welcome drink also.

I loved the location, the beautiful infrastructure, and the amazing staff. Their warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and personal connection made the stay truly special and more valuable than anything else.
They could improve communication by personally informing guests about important updates instead of relying only on notices. They could also give more attention to families traveling with infants, as parents come to create happy memories with their children. Small gestures and thoughtful support would make their stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Room clearance took a little longer than expected, but overall everything else was perfect. It was a wonderful stay, me and my family enjoyed the experience.

Our stay at Kaani Village & Spa was honestly a bit disappointing.
The only real positive was that the place was quiet, which we appreciated.
The hotel feels quite outdated, and the overall condition didn’t really match the price we paid. The pool also wasn’t very clean, likely because of the trees around it, which made it less enjoyable to use. Another inconvenience was that breakfast was served in a different building, so we had to walk every morning.
For just a few more bucks, we could have stayed at another Kaani hotel nearby that looked much better, so the value for money didn’t feel right.
