The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was very good. Breakfast was excellent. I had a meal in the restaurant one night and it was really good.
The staff were not particularly friendly. I was a solo traveller staying for 3 nights and could have done with a bit more friendliness from the staff. I was worried about the 'locking the doors at 10' situation as I knew I would be out later one night but the key pass worked OK. It was noisy in the early morning from delivery lorries to the shops behind the hotel.

Location is right in the town and next to the bus station.
Room was modern and comfortable.
Check in was via the restaurant downstairs but was simple enough.
Didn't eat or drink there so can't comment
Based on one night stay can't fault it

Everything went well from the warm welcome received on arrival, the cleanliness of the room and the facilities therein.
The only downside was an empty water bottle in the drawer under the bed and my bacon was a bit dry.

Clean room and linen
Bit cramped. Noisy outside with bins emptied at 5.30 am in the morning. Noisy nightclub on Saturday night
