Wir waren auf der Durchreise mit dem Motorrad dort und waren super zufrieden. Die Lage in der Nähe vom See war perfekt. Alles war top gepflegt und sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein Getränkeautomat in der Lobby war prima, so konnte man noch etwas kühles trinken.
Im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir einen herzlichen Kontakt mit dem Hotel und Herr Schwertfirm war sehr nett und sehr bemüht dass es an nix fehlt . Vielen Dank für die herzliche Übernachtung. Wir haben uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Wir können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

When we arrived we were told breakfast was not provided. We were told we registered for a room without breakfast. We did not. I have never been to a German hotel which did not provide breakfast. The breakfast room was open on Sunday morning but we were again told it was not included.
We were there Friday to Monday. The towels were never changed, the room was never serviced. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor. When we returned after dark on Saturday night, the lobby was dark. We had to enter and walk up a winding staircase in the dark to the second floor when the lights came on. There is no air conditioner or fan. The room was hot and very humid. There is a life sized man standing in the window which was creepy when you entered.
