The hostel must have been opened/refurbished not long ago, because really, everything still looks new and clean. It's located in the very center of the historic city. Breakfast is not included in the price, but it's just 6 euros/day and not just croissants and coffee, but full continental, with different kinds of ham, cheese, etc. plus lots of sweets to choose from. The girl from the staff said all products are local. The rooms DO have air conditioning, but for some reason someone kept opening the window in my room and it was unbearable with the heat outside. The owner and the girls from the staff were all very nice.
The rooms are reeeally small, literally just to sleep in and then go outside - I think there is a lounge area, but I haven't checked it out. When I checked in, waiting until the bed will be made/room cleaned at 3 pm, it turned out I got a bed which was a mess, with someone else's sheets, but it has been fixed quickly by the staff. Still, that was a bad first impression. The beds have curtains, like many hostels now - depends if u like that or not (I don't). ...But really, nothing serious to complain about the place, I would choose it again when coming back to Perugia.

Clean lovely room with a good and comfy bed. Staff were fantastic and helpful with everything.
A little bit too hot, the ac is automatic and cannot be adjusted as far as we could tell.

The property is well located
The AC temperature was centrally controlled so at times we were melting in the room, at others we were freezing. The hostel has no staff after 7pm, so if you have any questions or requests, be sure to solve it before this hour.
We could not keep the window open. It was below ground level. Once you opened it, you had the view of bags of garbage.
The charge to store one baggage for 2h after the check out was 7 EUR. They use a third party company to overcharge for a service that is free in any other accommodation.
