The pool is gorgeous, the room was clean and comfortable and the location is great.
The breakfast is horrendous. It come free with the stay. I would have given a higher score otherwise

El personal en general del hotel es muy atento, agradable y se preocupa por la comodidad del huésped. También la comida es muy buena, se pasa bien en familia.
Deben revisar algunas camas, ya q los colchones ya no están tan parejos y el dolor de espalda no es agradable para pasear o trabajar.
Un poquito de mantenimiento a las mallas de azulejos de las piscina y la reparación de la barra en el bar de la piscina puede evitarle un corte accidental a cualquiera que se apoye en él sin saber que hacen falta baldosas y los bordes son filosos.

Loud music at the entrance (party), but wasn’t heard in the room

Breakfast was good, no issues there. Pool area was phenomenal and parking spaces near rooms was also a great plus to have
Beds and pillow, they need to be changed ASAP!
