Location is good for many tour pickups
Elevators took a long time and the room took a very long time to cool down. Paid for a king size bed and it was not a king size bed

No clear sign that the hotel lobby is at the 6 floor?
Staying in a premium hotel like Lotte, I expect the cups in the room to be made of porcelain and not paper cups. No class and not professional as I made coffee using the paper cup?
