Breakfast was excellent- good menu of a la carte items as well as substantial buffet.
Ellen was very proactive and provided excellent service. Daniel the butler was very good at organising our day. The staff are constantly cleaning, brushing and gardening the resort.
Some variability in service- slow response to requests at times. The two restaurant menus are a little too similar- but the chefs can go off menu and produce individual dishes or modifications- this capability should be made more prominent.
Watersports equipment wasn’t sanitised between users- the bikes were poorly maintained.

A really wonderful hotel. A brilliant place from which to explore Komodo and the surrounding islands. Rooms were beautiful, food was amazing and the house reef was great for snorkelling. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make us feel special. Jelsi and Yoan in particular made sure our stay was comfortable.

This is without any doubt one of the best accomodations in Komodo. The house reef was excellent, huge villas, beachside, everything…Ayirin was always there for us, thank you for all the effort.
