The breakfast is really good. Live cooking station with omelette, Masala dosa, etc. Clean, good sized room and bathroom. The staff are very helpful. We've stayed here before hence knew what to expect.

very nice rooms, amazing staff and very good breakfast. Hotel located near dockyard road station, only few minutes from csmt terminal and fort area also uber is very convenient, so you can stay here for better value and quality away from colaba and fort area where you get worst quality for same price

The staff was really nice and helpful. We had breakfast the first day and it was good! Good location
The bathroom had some unpleasant stains on the toilet. It wasn’t dirty, but it looked unpleasant.
On our first morning, we woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the room next door, and one night, someone started running and making strange noises in the hallway.
For the price, I expected better-maintained facilities.
The best part of our stay was definitely the staff – they were amazing!
