La propriétaire est très aimable et souriante. La chambre (c'est plutôt une chambre avec mini kitchenette qu'un studio) est très propre. Double vitrage. Climatisation et wifi gratuits. Quartier calme. Serviettes et objets de 1ere nécessité pour la toilette fournis. Sèche-cheveux. Petite terrasse avec deux chaises et un guéridon pour s'installer à manger. Bouilloire, frigo, cafetière électrique (le reste du matériel est vieillot, ou succint). Emplacement à proximité de la plage. Grand parking juste devant le logement. Quelques commerces faciles d'accès à pied.
Les lits et oreillers sont très durs et douteux. La plaque électrique est limite dangereuse, fil réparé au scotch. La salle de bain est refaite mais minuscule : porte à ouverture de 45 cm limite pour personnes un peu corpulentes. Matériel de cuisine ne permet pas de faire de la cuisine sauf cuire des œufs et des pâtes. Le petit déjeuner est trop cher pour ce que c'est. Mais ça dépanne le 1er jour.
