I didn't like to know the guy look after the cars( Car watcher) parked during at night has the key. The situation was, we parked the car in front of the apartment he came to get a money, we gave all coins we had. He didn't satisfeid he started to knock the door while we were in the stairs going up to apartment. We realized that should give him more money and catch more. During we are deciding how much he OPENS the door. We didn't understand anything, he doesn't speak english we felt afraid. We didn't have a good sleep.

Good location since it's next to many restaurants, but you have to bear the noise.

The appartment needs a lot of repairs and so many amenities are not available.. too much noise you can here the motorcycles in the bedroom since it's windows open on the street. There is no air-conditioned in the winter or summer. The bathroom is incomplete I had to buy the shower and deduct from the rent. It didn't meet my expectations.😪

Clean, quiet street, plenty of parking, youseff was kind and so understanding. If your going to rabat zoo this is the place for a good night sleep. Clean and right next to over 20 places to eat and shop.

It was clean , we had 3 bedrooms 2 toilets one with a shower. There were double beds in all of the rooms and 2 had a single aswell so plenty of space. There was a stove plenty of seating area the living space was also very big. When I said it was too hot the caretaker/manager bought us a fan. Straight away. He was amazing Habib he looked after us so much he really made us comfortable he guided us gave us advice. Introduced and informed us about local businesses he was always available and ready to help. I loved the fact that there was a washing machine especially with young children I was able to do a wash regularly and conveniently hand my clothes on Washing line on the top floor, literally the roof that had a nice view. Carrefour, aswak shopping mall are a few minutes drive. There are plenty of cafes,bakeries and local restaurants near by. The apartment was very safe no one could enter unless they had a key. There was also a full time watchman on guard throughout the night looking out for you and any transport that you might have which felt quite safe. They do provide you with some towels nd cleaning stuff but I bought my own anyway. Would I stay there again? Yes the neighbourhood was safe and the apartment staff were amazing the apartment was great. It was the perfect location for my 16 day trip very reasonable too.

The fact that there was a fridge but it was a little faulty and there was no microwave so it was hard to re heat food especially with kids so I would recommend one. There is no Air con so it can get a little hot throughout the apartment keeping the shutters down during the day and open in evenings. There is always some parking available on the street. The street is a little untidy but it's inner city. From the outside the apartment doesn't look very appealing but inside I was pleasantly surprised. You will need to buy some household things like toilet roll washing up liquid soap etc.
