What a beautiful location! Close to the shuttle into Ravello town, and the staff were so helpful.
Loved breakfast every morning and when we realised we had not booked a jacuzzi suite like we thought they were so happy to arrange us access to one.
Great communication/easy self check in.
Air con worked great.
Just be sure to book an apartment that comes with a jacuzzi if you want one - they don’t all have one!

The location first of all is what completely takes your breath away. A beautiful view and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Our accommodation was clean, comfy and very spacious with so much outdoor space on our pool terrace. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Breakfast was delicious. Easy to access Ravello in around ten minutes by foot although it is uphill. We absolutely loved our stay here and would love to come back, it is a little slice of paradise.
The WIFI unfortunately could be a lot better. Extremely hit and miss. The shower could be more powerful.

The view, gardens and ambience is incomparable to anything we've ever experienced. Eleanor's Garden is situated just below Ravello's piazza, the Villas Rufalo and Cimbrone - it is quiet and peaceful and the view of the sea is breathtaking. The trek up the stone steps to the square in the heat of August was something but we easily acclimated and it is well worth the walk for the paradise that awaits you when you return.
We stayed in the Tower and the layout is not the most convenient for 5 nights and for two people in their 60's - though we are active types. Probably better suited for a younger couple or pals but the privacy, your own pool with a view of the coastline, and the walk out area from the bedroom for sunning, reading or having a cocktail can't be beat. Accessing the kitchen requires you to walk out of the main room and enter from another door - not a heavy lift but FYI. The bathroom on the main floor is spacious and upgraded but the only one so from the bed up top it requires a trek up or down a steep staircase. One suggestion on the main room is a loveseat and end table or coffee table rather than a table and two chairs - then you would have a place to relax inside the unit when the heat is oppressive - which it can be August!!
