1. The location was near to convenience stores, restaurants, bus stops, Jeju bus terminal, and from the airport.
2. The room was comfortable with ref, tv, aircon, mirror, hair dryer, table and chair, and strong wifi.
3. The bathroom was also clean with toiletries and towels.
4. I like that they provide new bottles of water and towels everyday, and takes out the trash as well.
5. There is an elevator, and the lounge and kitchen were nice.
6. The reception staff were nice, except the young man in the evening shift but he was cute though.
1. The inner layer of the bed was dirty and seems to be not washed--it should be washed at least. I think only the second layer and the comforter were washed.
2. I hope the tv had youtube and netflix too.
3. The floor linoleum were squeaky but manageable.

Reasonable rate, basic facilities. Location ok, near Jeju bus terminal (4 or 5 minute walk). Can reach from the airport by using the Jeju City Tour bus, leave your bags if you arrive early and then take the circular city tour. Fairly easy and economical to get a taxi to Lotte City Hotel for picking up pre-booked excursions around the island.
Not much natural light in the room. I stayed 4 nights - not sure if the room was cleaned in this time, though the towels were changed and the bin emptied daily. The beds were never made - I had two single beds in the room, so slept in each one for two nights. The towels were tiny, and thin.
