Chambre propre, confortable, tres bien situé tout près du port et de la vieille ville dans un quartier tranquille piétonnier. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Douche légèrement petite mais j’ai chercher pour trouver un point négatif.

Wonderful stay thanks to hosting family

The warm welcome and the availability of Branka is something that I will remember !! The room has all confort you need to rest well before/after visiting Split. And Branka, the host, was so kind !! Always available even with late booking. She will give you precious tips for your journey. She even offers you a cup of coffee for the morning. All this kindness made this journey really enjoyable.

Excellent location close to the Riva, with a lovely host Branka!

Branka is the host at Rooms Marija and a lovely lady who made me feel most welcome on arrival. The room was extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed, lovely linen and the location was very quiet. It’s only a 5 minute walk down to the Riva and a 10 minute walk to the ferries. Highly recommended to spend a few nights in Split.

Perfect :)

Location is perfect, so close to Old Town and right where you want to be. Branka was an amazing host, even bringing us a morning coffee and breakfast on our first and last mornings, and she was very friendly and helpful. the place was immaculately clean and the bed very comfy.

wonderful place to enjoy the old town

Great place. Only stayed one night but perfectly comfortable. We liked the position, near port and old town. Branca, the owner, was delightful. Woukd definitely recommend.

The place was very hard to find. It’s not really a hotel it’s a small room in someone’s house. Street noise was very loud until very late.

Very good place to stay in Split. Rooms are small but well-equipped. Location is great!

Our passports were photographed on arrival. No malicious intent here but I would suggest changing that - identity theft is a serious issue.

Definitely would go back to stay there.

The room was very clean. Comfortable bed, lovely host. Short walk to the seaport, shuttle bus station and the tourist attractions.

Superb

We spent a night in Split and the accommodation was very comfortable and immaculate. Great communication with the host albeit in Croatian (had to Google translate). Great location with a five minute walk to the square for dinner, drinks, shopping and great sights. Would highly recommend.

Clean, Simple, Friendly, Unexpected Breakfast! All round great, would stay again.

The apartment is in a good part of town for access to ferries and buses - great for exploring Croatia. Also it's walking distance to the Old Town, maybe 5 minutes away. The host, Branka (Brianca?) is lovely! So caring and smiley, I was especially delighted by the complimentary little breakfast with a freshly warmed roll, coffee butter, jam. I did not expect.

It's maybe a little hard to find, being down a lane, signage outside door could be a wee bit better but I suspect these are regulated as all the signs are so similar. Persevere! It's worth it for safety, value for money, facilities for a budget room in Split.

Exceptional

This hotel was perfect for my 1 night stay in Split. Good location, the room felt very clean and fresh, and was very silent aswell. Marija was very friendly and made us amazing crepes when we arrived and also offered to fix breakfast the next morning.

Perfect, cheap little stay. Ideal for 1-2 nights.

Friendly staff, great location, good value for money, very comfortable and clean. A lovely little stay.

The stairs were dangerous. No banister, so I would recommend thinking twice if you’re travelling with kids. A little cramped, but comfortable enough for 1-2 nights.

New and clean apartment

This apartment was very new and clean. Has a big balcony. The owner was very kind. Has a list of good restaurants to share with you. It’s also very close to the bus terminal and old town.

Exceptional

Everything was great. Marija was very kind when she welcomed us. She gives us water and delicious grapes! Also, Marija offer us a free breakfast! which was great. Beds were very soft, everything was very clean and tidy up. You have AC, clean towels, Toilet paper,hair dryer and box for emergencies! Everything is secure and is very well located!!! Rooms Marija is a 10' walking from the port, 6' from the split center where there a lot of restos! The owners aver very nice! I highly recommend to stay here :):) PD: you can sleep very well after a long day walking around the city.

Everything was perfect! Perhaps, you can add a small fridge in future. It would be a plus, in the case guest want to storage food or cold walter. :)
