The owner is really friendly and helpful, allowed me to leave my luggage at the B&B and check-in early. Responds quickly on messages. Does not speak English but gets by with Google translate. The room was nice. Breakfast Italian style - coffee, pastry and yoghurt.
Due to sprinklers there was almost no water pressure in my room on the first floor, and in the morning there was no water at all, which is really disappoint when it happens during a shower while I was hurrying to check out. Inform the owner that you want to take a shower so he can turn the sprinklers off...?

Anche se il ristorante quella sera era chiuso, il titolare ci ha preparato la cena, esquisita con la pasta casarecca. Gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Il sig. Enzo è stato molto gentile e accomodante. Ci siamo sentiti accolti. La camera è spaziosa e dotata di ampio terrazzo. Il bagno è grande e il letto confortevole. La camera è dotata di frigo-bar, televisore e aria condizionata.
L'ultimo tratto della strada che porta alla struttura è un po' stretto ma comunque asfaltato e percorribile.

The B&B is located about 10min drive outside Lamezia Terme which for us was good. It's in a rustic building in a very quiet area with plenty of olive trees in the fields nearby. A big and safe parking area on site is a plus since we had a car. It is also close to the airport just around 15min drive away.
The owner was nice and makes a good plate of pasta. There is a big restaurant with the B&B but we visited in low season and it was practically empty.
The room was very big and comfortable for us. The bed was comfortable but the shower was a bit small and water pressure was low.
The decor of the B&B looks dated. It needs a bit of a refurbishment. Breakfast was only coffee or hot chocolate, a typical chocolate Italian cornetto and a piece of cake. We were not offered anything else.
