Very good services, location in the city center, I was satisfied.

A small Indonesian-style hotel with a neat garden, swimming pool and a small restaurant. Everything at hand. Perfect location - in the center of Ubud. All services were very good.

Pleasant

Location was very good and rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was quite nice too

Beds were very uncomfy and staff didn’t have great English but we’re still helpful

Superb

The hotel is very beautiful and leafy and we enjoyed our stay here! In minutes you can reach Ubud center, but it is not a super busy neighbourhood. The pool was nice and we liked the design of the hotel.

One thing they could improve is their breakfast options for vegans / vegetarians. My friend couldn't really eat something besides the fruit. The breakfast I had was very tasty though and good quality!

Good location, clean and quiet room for the night, tasty breakfast and value for money.

The room was clean, light and spacious with a comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facility. It was on the third floor and was very quiet. There were good views over the city and a seating area on the balcony overlooking a temple. Breakfast was very good (I recommend the pancakes). The shower was good.

I thought that a hairdryer was provided, but there was none - I may have been mistaken and we did not bother to go and ask for one anyway. The service for breakfast was very slow (and this was the quiet season). We were not shown to the pool or told where it was but neither did we ask. We did not intend using it any way.

One of the best places I stayed! Recommended to a friend to try and now she’s living there!

Staff were amazing, even if some had difficulties with English, we always worked it out. Papas reflexology is awesome! The room I had was very luxurious and with a stunning view! Loved my stay here

very good value for money, staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious and convenient, location was very central

the wifi wasn’t working for the first day we arrived but was fixed by the second day, the shower wasn’t very good - very low pressure and the shower head didn’t spray properly

Owner & staff were very helpful but the place needed lots of maintenance.

location is convenient and it’s very private

the lane is no access to car so difficult to carry luggage’s out to & from the main road. also the property needs maintenance especially for the shower ie. ours had a loose tap that swung around and the shower head was rusty. also there was no hair dryer and kettle in each room which is the minimum. there was no TV in the upper rooms which I feel it’s important if we wanted to stay in to rest. maybe just needs some fixing of shower heads & taps, TVs in each room, trimming of landscape and some lighting and repainting of walls.

We really like the location and the view from the bedroom. We felt like a queen and king in this place. The staff is friendly and smily. You can rent scooters at the reception.

it was not bad

good value for money. room was big, bed comfortable, hot water in shower, free drinking water bottles in room, nice curtains, that you can sleep in the morning without being disturbed with light. staff is very very friendly, and helpful.

some smell in the room.. and if they would paint walls fresh, it would really make a change. maybe to add some decorations in room to make it a little more cozy. then it would be like a very good 3 star hotel.

Would never stay here again I don’t know where they got their 3 star rating.

the location was ok

The property didn’t match the pictures on booking.com. I have no idea where the pool was it didn’t seem to be on the property we searched everywhere. I asked the man at the reception desk and he gave me very vague instructions directing me somewhere completely off the property to access the pool and even then I couldn’t find it so I gave up. The place was filthy and our room smelled like raw sewage.

Superb

Friendly, helpful family run reort. We stayed in one of the two walled villas at the rear of th property, not fancy or modern but spacious, quiet, clean and private. Big comfy bed, air con good, shower good, huge bath which Ive never used yet. Breakfasts were simple but well cooked and tasty. Granpapa has being doing proper reflexology for years. You can go and see him anytime, no charge, just a donation if you want to. This was our third stay here and going back for a few more days in August.

Only complaint was the pool water was a bit murky but ok for a quick swim, will probably be ok once it's being used more. A kettle in the room would be a good addition, but if you need tea or coffee during the day, you just have to ask and someone will bring it to you. Tv hadn't been reconnected since Covid but I dont come to Bali to watch tv so no big deal.
