Very clean, quiet, comfortable and roomy. Easy walking distance to town.

Walking distance to township and cafes etc
Due to being next door to a dairy farm there were lots and lots of flies. Also due to time of year lots of wasps so unable to use the lovely sunny deck that gets all the late afternoon sun.
