Very friendly staff, coffee and tea bar refilled on a daily basis, beautiful view, 5 minutes walk to the train/metro station

Location is super. Everything is nearby. Staff is friendly and cleaning excellent.
The beds are not that comfortable and there are lights which are not working. Also one tab in the room did not work. Rug had seen it's best days and the rooms smell like cigarettes because it is allowed everywhere.

The location is very good since the Marmaray is 10 minutes away and the coastline offers a variety of bus routes. The area is overall safe, and it is also quiet. The photos are accurate to the reality of the rooms.
The water pressure was inconsistent, and we could hear a slight noise from other rooms, which was acceptable but still something to consider. Our room had stains on the carpet, which did not look appealing, but it can happen. It looked more like cigarette burns.

The location was okay, but it didn't make up for the poor state of the room.
The hallways smell strongly of stale cigarette smoke. The general maintenance is very poor, with wallpaper in the corridors peeling off due to water damage. Inside the room, I found black mold in the shower, stained carpets, and thick dust in several areas. The whole place feels "tired," unclean, and poorly managed.
