Balcony with a beautiful view of the sea!

A few things that could be improved: - add paper towels and a bit more dishes, - set brighter light (e.g. in the wardrobe), - maybe provide a map of the city. But in general, everything was excellent!

spacious room with balcony & close to mall

i have booked a sea view room but I got one with a building view. the heater wasn’t working so I stayed in a so cold night. team bring me a small heater but wasn’t enough so I had 18 degree in the room.

At our reservation the place prommised sea view. We came and got appartment without sea view. At the rearvation showed a big veranda with place to sit, we came and got a 1m veranda for the air conditiober engine. No place to sit in the veranda and only one person can stand near the engine. Very bad veranda not like in the photo. ! At reservation they write big double bed. We came and had two single beds connected (very not comfortable at night). They asked to see the passport but they made a photo of the passport without permission from us. We asked to delete the photo and only keep passport number. We dont know if they deleted it. Please approve that passport photo has deleted.We didn't have a washing machine. We didnt have a freezer and our ice scream melt. We had only 2 spoons and 2 forks in the kitchen. Many kitchen cookware are missing. We didn't have enough time to chnage to a new place and had to stay at this place. When we asked at 5.8.21 to cancel the last night of 10.8.21 they refused and asked for money for all 5 nigjts. We are still waiting for 10.8.21 night money return. At 5.8.21 we updated our reservation to 4 night with out the night of 10.8.21.

Windows not clean, not changed bedsheet. Otherwise helpful staff and excellent location

Sea view was spectacular, the apartment is spacious and well-furnished. Worth coming back over and over again, regardless minor flaws.
