Owner at reception was very friendly and helpful. simple check in. Lovely water view from the patio. Helpful with the aircon remote as well.

Easy friendly checkin and checkout. Room was fresh and clean, bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark for sleeping. Pub across the road for meals and a Chinese takeaway just around the corner. Breakfast was tasty, great scrambled eggs.

Ordered a meal from downtown because there was no dinner available on site. Only one set of cutlery in room so one of us had to eat steak, chips and vegetables with our fingers. Towels were small, not absorbent took two attempts to dry ourselves after shower. Bed left us feeling full of aches and pains in the morning
