It honestly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional.
A special mention to Darwesh from the front desk, who went out of his way to help me with my luggage. I believe it wasn’t even part of his duty, but he helped without any hesitation, and that small gesture really stood out to me.
The entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Everyone had a smile on their face, and the atmosphere felt so warm and comfortable that I genuinely didn’t feel like I was just staying at a hotel, it felt much more personal and welcoming.
A big thumbs up to the management and the entire team behind the scenes for maintaining such high standards and creating such a wonderful guest experience.
Definitely a place I would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!
