Short, but picture perfect stay on Lake Como

We stopped here for one night on a ski trip between the Dolomites and Zermatt, and it was a lovely introduction to Lake Como in the wintertime. I hope I can come back to stay in summer one day! Stunning location, beautiful old building, and nice welcome snacks and breakfast. The staff were very very friendly and gave us some great suggestions for where to eat. Walking along the lake was nice, even in winter.

The attic room is neat, however it gets VERY hot in wintertime. If you stay in the attic room and like to sleep cold, be sure to turn off the heater well in advance and open the windows. I wish there was access down to the dock during winter, but the gate was locked.

This place is absolutely gorgeous!!! the room was clean, big and beautiful . The breakfast was delicious and the people are so nice and welcoming. Staying there was the best Italian experience . Highly recommended!!!

Pure magic, a wonderful getaway villa perfect!

The hotel is an old villa turned into a wonderful charming suite hotel. The owner greets you when you check in and shows you directly to your room. The rooms are huge counting with their own living room apart from the bedroom and amazing views to lake como. At night their garden looks like a midsummer nights dream as they light up their 2 main trees. This place is pure magic and romanticism, a wonderful getaway place. In my case I came back engaged! A must visit villa.

The mattresses were a little old or at least soft in my opinion.

We stayed at Villa Teodolinda because we were considering it as our wedding venue. The staff was very courteous and upgraded our room. The service was amazing and the breakfast experience was really impressive. The views are amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back!

The most beautiful place i have ever been to. The suit was impecable and very clean. The breakfast was a whole experiance. And Irina was very helpful. If you want to feel like steping out from the real world i sugest you try out this place. We fell in love with the vibe and beauty of lale como and this beautiful house

Perfect place to stay when enjoying the beauty lake como

- Spacious rooms - Rooms and other facilities were very clean - Beautiful terrace outside with stunning view on Lago di Como - Delicious breakfast with large selection of different dishes - Very friendly and helpful staff who can provide information about attractions nearby - Very helpful guide in the rooms with recommended restaurants and activities

- Bathroom was very hot because we couldn’t turn off the heater

The staff first of all they are the amazing thing in this place then the breakfast is excellent and the location for the car drivers who will come to the place by car note by the public transportation and the free parking

The Wi-Fi extremely bad but we are using our data so it wasn’t a problem to us then the size of the toilet it is a bit small and I didn’t like it at all

The property had a really nice architectural fabric. we loved its cleanness, kind staffs, view to the lake, reasonable pricing, good breakfast and atmospheric setting. We loved little touch offering cake and fruits during the day, little self service bar to chill and have a glass of whiskey by the lake. Absolutely beautiful place, would love to go back to Como for this hotel!

Perfect hotel for what you dream of having in Como Lake. It's like a traditional Villa. Very nice Italian feel. The view of the lake is beautiful. You can take amazing pictures. You can a Limoncello, Wine or anything at night. The host is wonderful. She'll arrange a venecian boat ride for 1/4th of the price you find online. Also, the restaurant next door (Relais) is very very good (the tomino cheese thing was to die for). Room had a separate extra room and living area.

Shower only had two temperatures. Hot and very hot.

Feel like a Queen in this classic villa

Charming Hosts, great Breakfast, safe off street parking, good WiFi and a quiet location directly at Lake Como. The place is beautiful and well taken care of with a wonderful and calm atmosphere. Restaurants are nearby and in walkable distance. We felt like Queens staying here. I highly recommend!

La perle du Lac!

I love the location...in Laglio on Lake Como! Beautiful boutique hotel but feels like home. The place is calming and invites you to stay and linger... I love it. The pool is gorgeous - the view is breathtaking. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing! Elizabeth, at breakfast, was the most gracious and helpful host. Also, don't miss Da Luciano, a small cafe, only a block from the hotel, that serves the best Caprese salad, steak tartare, and salamis. I want to go back to Regina Teodolinda...

Our room was the suite on the top floor, under the roof. My boyfriend is over 6ft5, and he bumped his head a few times... I don't recommend for tall and claustrophobic people.

What a stunning location! We absolutely loved the room - not afraid to say it was the most beautiful location we stayed at yet. The view was breathtaking, and above and beyond the staff was so caring and lovely (kudos to Irina)!
