Friendly welcome when we arrived from the hosts, Ruth and Lawrence.
Apartment was excellent, clean and comfortable with everything needed for the stay. It also has a history dating back to 17th Century so is very interesting and quite quirky with exposed oak beams and lots of nooks and crannies. It really is a perfect place for a holiday or short stay.
Lots of interesting places within a reasonable drive. I would highly recommend Lees Farm if you are looking for accommodation in Telford, Ironbridge, Shrewsbury area.

Spacious, well equipped, very clean, nice bed and linen. Nice character.
Those with mobility issues might struggle with the stairs to the apartment. Otherwise nothing.

The suite itself is well appointed and comfortable and VERY quiet and we appreciated the privacy. I enjoyed watching the birds in the tree outside the kitchen window. The kitchen was fairly well kitted out and there was lots of hot water.
The Wifi provision was unreliable and non-existent at times and needs some attention. Being a cooler August, the suite would have benefitted from having some heat on each morning and evening and also some extra blankets available. Whilst it looks "cute", the position of the basin and mirror setup in the corner of the bathroom is such that it's quite dark especially if one's shaving. A larger dining table would be helpful as it's the only working space available.
