Great property. Felt at home right away. Very comfortable. And the location is fantastic

The views were lovely, it was clean and tidy. Plenty of books videos and local information available.
I asked about the key code in at least two messages. No reply we tried the code at the top of the booking form. It didn’t work so we had to call someone. We finally got the correct code. We were a little early, but we’re told our check in was 5pm. I know I made arrangements to check in at 4pm I have the documents confirming it. I also had a document saying check in was between 3pm and 5pm.
So felt I was being accused of lying. The house was very clean and tidy. Although the second bedroom was very small with only a small double bed. The main bedroom was quite spacious. The views from the living room and balcony were lovely. The TV was very small for the room. And the kitchen area was quite small not much storage for food. The wing back chair was a bit rickety we didn’t feel it was safe to use. I also thought the check out time a little early, in most places it’s 10 am not 9am as with Lake view. And I think check in time needs to be clarified better. And in most places would be from 3pm or 4pm.

the view is excellent.
There were no toiletries at all — not even soap, which was especially difficult when arriving with children. We literally couldn’t properly wash the kids until we went out and bought supplies. There was also no dishwasher and no cleaning products, and even something as basic as a toilet freshener was missing.
The check-in was quite late, which meant we effectively lost a significant part of the first day despite paying for the full day.
The house was also difficult to find because there is no visible house number, so clearer arrival instructions would be helpful.
Finally, the hot water was only lukewarm rather than properly hot.
