We liked very much the historic authenticity and athmosphere of the house. Also the furniture and lovely details of the interior was a perfect match. The remoteness of Downhouse was absolutely no disadvantage, in contrary: The site is off from treaten tourist paths, allowed an undisturbed free view to the Atlantic and still everthing else needed (shops, restaurants, sites) were easy enough to reach.

Stunning location, sea views, beautiful cottage.
Double bed was a little uncomfortable - new bed/mattress needed.
