Comfortable and clean. Very nice and friendly personnel. Good location - not so far from the old town (on foot), quite and safe neighborhood. Good, efficient air-conditioning.
We got very early check-in due to the fact that there was no reservation before. Close to the shops, cafeterias and underground parking.
There are a few small things that could be improved—tightening the shower holder and the toilet paper holder. Also, adding a missing wine glass and a kitchen knife :-)

The owner is very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out. Very helpful with tips and tricks (choosing restaurants, shops, buses etc). Clean and comfortable room with nice bathroom. The location is in the "newer" part of the city, right next to the main street and withing walking distance of the old town.
When I stayed in May 2020 there were construction works going on in the building right in front - this means lots of noise during the day, dust, difficulty in finding the entrance due to scaffolding. The property in itself is quite nice but could do with a bit more attention: there is a nice terrace but with plastic tables, no flowers, no ornaments. A bit more effort and it would be much nicer!
