Breakfast was nice, different choices and a great view from the terrace.
The staff was sweet, helped us store our luggage until very late at night.
Bed was not comfy at all. Mattress was hard.
The four nights we stayed there was a lot of noise from outside (parties, openings, fireworks) we barely slept.

We loved this hotel! The view of the mountains from the multiple terraces was incredible, the staff were very friendly, short walk to the main plaza, breakfast was yummy and rooms were very clean.

Price. Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room with shower and toilet facilities.
A bit noisy at night with music from nearby and dogs barking - although I reckon both could be a problem all over Huaraz!

The staff was very friendly, location was close to the main area. Able to store luggage while we went on multi day hikes.
Many problems during the stay, such as no hot water, toilet flush not working, and no water on one of the nights. Breakfast was repetitive. The rooms were quite cold at night.
