It’s as described, and the owner is very friendly. The beds are comfortable and the location isn’t inconvenient
Being by the railroad tracks, you could hear the trains coming at all hours of the day (something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper). Also maybe I just couldn’t find them, but I didn’t see outlets by the bed, though they are in the lockers

It is mostly clean, great place to rest, beds are comfortable and staff is very nice.
Sometimes the women’s bathroom gets filled with many many flies because there is an open window all the time and can’t be closed. This can make the bathroom a bit uncomfortable, but they clean it everyday so it’s nothing major

The friendliness of the staff makes up for any structural deficiencies in the building. They met every request and made me feel at home from the start. Shower was piping hot, bed was comfortable and they provided extra blankets.
The building could use maintenance. The outlets were run down and I needed to press against my charger with the side table, but after that it worked perfectly.

It gets the job done. Nice enough and cheap.
The bathrooms were dirty and literally none had soap. Why???? They have so many staff members and clearly enough money coming in to fill the soap dispensers 😂
